Spring Gala 2024 - Participation
We know it is only November, but we are already thinking and prepping for our Spring Dance Gala 2024. Phase 1 is getting those participation forms turned in, waivers signed and costume & participation money turned in. Read on for more information.
PARTICIPATION FORM
All GSD dancer's will need to turn a Spring Gala Participation for into the front desk by Monday, December 4, 2023 whether they plan to participate or not. We keep track so our instructors know 100% who is performing with the class and which dancers will still learn the routine, but not be put into the performance formation.

COSTUMES
Costume money is due Monday, December 4, 2023 for all classes that will have a costume.
Novice Level (Pre-Ballet, Itty Bitty, Novice Tap, Novice Jazz)
This season all novice level classes has your costume fee included into your round tuition cost. Whether or not your dancer participates in the gala they will still receive a costume. If your dancer is participating in the Spring Dance Gala, you will also be charged a $30 participation fee (due Dec 4, 2023).
Level 1 & Level 2
All dancers in Level 1 and Level 2 classes will be charged a costume fee of $80.00 per class enrolled and that your dancer is participating in for the spring gala. This payment + the participation fee are due with your participation form on Monday, December 4.
Level 3
Level 3 dancers will be contacted by our administrative staff if their class will have a paid costume or build their own based on the instructors concept. The participation form and fee are still due December 4, 2023.
Level 4, Level 5, and Level 6, Teen Classes, Adult Classes
Levels 4, 5, 6, Teen and Adult classes will not have a paid costume this season. Your instructor will let you know what you need to wear at the Spring Gala. They will probably let you know around March or April 2024. A participation form and the $30 fee is still due December 4, 2023.
