Spring Gala 2021 - Final Schedule

We are only a few days away from the end of the season celebration on May 16! Below is our updated and final schedule for this event.

REMINDERS

• Please have your dancer in the venue no later than 30 minutes prior to the act they dance in.

• We predict the show will run ahead.

• Dancer's do not need to wear masks on stage.

• Check in at the ticket booth upon arrive to check in and receive your wristband for entrance.

• Dancer's should arrive hair, make-up and costume ready for their first dance.

• Dancer's may sit with you when they are not dancing in the Act. No extra ticket needed.

• You will need to sit in the section for which you purchased your ticket for. We will have signs set-up and staff to help guide you to the section of seating.

Spring Gala Line Up REVISION 3

Happy Monday.

Due to the removal of a routine, we have a revised schedule. Nothing has changed except the times and routine number.

TIMES REVISED!! We also went ahead and allowed 3 minutes 30 seconds per routine verses the 4 minutes we originally stated. THIS WILL CHANGE THE TIME OF YOUR ROUTINE AND ARRIVAL TIMES.

Please be in the venue no later than 30 minutes prior to the ACT you dance in. We will not hold the show or return to a routine for dancer's that are not in the venue.

A few things to note when looking at the line-up.

• ALL TIMES ARE APPROXIMATE. Plan on the show running ahead. Arrive to the facility NO later than 30 minutes prior to the Act you dance in.

• Feel free to watch the whole show! We love to support other dancer's and see what everyone has been working on.

• Feel free to come and go. Please do so between ROUTINES so you are not disrupting the audience or distracting the dancers on stage.

• This is an outdoor facility. Please bring sunscreen and bug spray.

• If your tickets are for the Grass areas, no chairs allowed. Bring blankets or towels to sit on.

• Masks are required in the facility. Yes, even though it is outdoors. Please wear them while in the aisles and common areas.

• Dancer's do not have to wear masks on stage. However, if you want your dancer to be masked, please have them wear a solid black or solid nude mask. No patterns or other colors.
